Guarantees

Stronghold Preservation have been issuing guarantees up to 20 years in length during our unbroken 25+ years of trading. 

Stronghold are a member of the Property Care Association, PCA, which is the leading trade association in the remedial industry, that provide rigourous financial checks and technical audits on every member. This membership provides access to the Guarantee Protection Insurance,GPI,  an independent company which arranges insurance to protect our long term guarantees.  GPI is a Financial Services Authority regulated insurance company which insures the client in the unlikely event that Stronghold are unable to fulfil its contractual duties under the terms of the guarantee.

            Rising & Penetrating Damp 

            Timber Preservation

            Cavity Wall Tie Replacement 

            Basement Waterproofing 

The guarantees issued by Stronghold are transferable to any new property owners, provided our specifications are adhered to.
