At Stronghold Preservation, we can carry out a survey for any of
our products & services - Damp & Timber; Structural
Repairs; Waterproofing; & Bird Control. Depending on the
nature of the enquiry, we can provide a range of surveys; from a
visual inspection (where the building structure is not opened up),
to an in-depth survey, where our technicians can expose the
nescessary areas for our experienced surveyors to investigate, and
provide a full and comprehensive written report detailing our
findings and proposed remedial works to be carried out.
We can use a range of electronic devices and sensors to monitor
and evaluate the problem areas in the building or structure;
hygrometers, dry rot sensors, monitoring of structural movement,
etc.
We also have IRATA trained rope access surveyors, who can survey
conventionally inaccessible buildings by means of rope access
(abseiling).
