Stronghold Preservation can take on all or part of the survey
and design solution, and work closely with Clients, Contractors,
Architects and Engineers to provide individual solutions, survey
reports and design specifications.

TRAINING
The company is committed to excellence and as a result, have a
proven track record on prestigious projects across the UK and
Ireland.
All Stronghold surveyors complete the industry recognised
Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments training
course, enabling them to be proficient in identifying types of
damp, fungal decay and woodboring insect infestations. Specialising
in the design of basement waterproofing, Stronghold's basement
experts complete the Certificated Surveyor in Structural
Waterproofing training course, which along with the help
of specialist suppliers provides the knowledge and expertise to
offer clients waterproofing designs. Structural repair specialists
within Stronghold Preservation will have completed training in the
the repair methods used, along with a wealth of practical
experience in the surveying of structural defects. Specialist
structural engineers are employed by Stronghold for indemnified
structural repair advice and designs.
Every key project is assigned to an experienced surveyor with a
minimum of 5-10 years experience who has completed the relevant
training, to provide and maintain the highest possible standards
and workmanship that our clients deserve and expect. Stronghold
will also endeavour to assign a senior site operative for the
duration of key projects. All operatives receive relevant health
and safety training and are CSR (Construction Skills Register) card
holders.
