The architects drawings detailed a full basement for this new build house, in Lisburn. The basement was to be used as a plant room, with potential to use as living space in the future. The architect specified that the basement was to have a combined waterproofing system: both an internal cavity drain system and an external membrane.
Further Information
Stronghold Preservation installed both the internal basement waterproofing
system, and the external waterproof membrane. As it was a
full basement, a pump and a sump was required.
